Reformer Flow
A flowing full body reformer workout for those who prefer a controlled pace - equal parts strength, mobility and flowing juicy movement. This class will improve your posture, flexibility and mind-body connection. Expect to feel those small muscle groups you never knew existed.

Reformer Jump
Our athletic class, where HIIT meets pilates. We combine bursts of cardio exercises to elevate the heart rate and add strength base movements, making this your all round energy boost. Not Suitable for Prenatal clients | Clients with injuries

Reformer Sculpt
Strength based training principals on the reformer. We superset, muscle overload and aim to work your muscles to total fatigue.
This is a level 3 class and best experienced by our intermediate to advance members.

Barre Cardio
A dynamic fusion of pilates and dance. This class will test your cardiovascular endurance, balance and strength.
Our energetic. heart pumping, feel good class that will leave you feeling energised and empowered.

Barre
An eloquent fusion of pilates and ballet. Deigned for you to feel fluid movement incorporating deep muscle engagement and lengthening. Programmed to the perfect playlist to ease and melt you into your day.

Mat Pilates
Our signature boutique mat class. These small group classes will build strength and tone your body whilst building an awareness in technique around fundamental and functional movements. Expect a little bit of sweat and a deep burn in these fun and challenging sequences

Mat Fusion
That sweet spot between mat pilates and strength based movements. Based around supersets, mobility, balance yet still finding that delicious pilates flow. Expect muscle fatigue and an increased heart rate.

Stretch
In need of a restorative deep stretch, this class is commonly referred to amongst our members as reformer Yin. Restorative poses on the reformer and mat, held that little bit longer to achieve that deep release. This class ends with a mindful savasana to have you floating into the rest of your day/evening.

Yang to Yin
Work your muscles in a warming, energetic, flowing practice, moving into longer, slower deeper holds to create freedom & space within & around the joints, ligaments & connective tissue.
We calm the nervous system & quiet the mind with centring breath work and meditation for a well-rounded practice.

Mums & Bubs
A movement to prioritise yourself whilst your bub is close by. Postnatally, Pilates is the perfect way to safely return to exercise after birth. We aim to reawaken your mind-body connection, with a strong focus on rebuilding your deep abdominal connection and strengthening your postural chain. All of which support you whilst feeding and carrying your babe around all day.
